On the one hand it is a complete body workout and intensive training of the inner muscles. And at the same time, it helps you to let yourself drift, to consciously perceive the moment and to focus on the essentials. Once you decide to surrender to the movement of the water, you find the poses easier and feel them more intensely than on the floor mat.
