SUP Yoga – Swap the mat for a paddleboard

“SUP Yoga strengthens our muscles, improves coordination, balance, leads to inner and outer balance and is a lot of fun” Stand Up Paddle Yoga (SUP Yoga) is a new trend that is easy to learn but challenges you to find inner and outer balance on the board. On the one hand, you have the complete body workout and intensive training of the inner muscles on the other hand, SUP-Yoga helps you to let it drift and sink into the moment and to focus on the essentials. As soon as one consciously decides to give in to the movements of the water, one finds more easily in the poses and feels them more intensely than on the floor mat.

When she doesn’t surf or paddle on a board, Severine spends a lot of time on the yoga mat and on trips. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Surf and SUP Yoga. In Bali, she took inspiration for her SUP yoga classes and completed her training.
